PRODUCTS

Eontronix has been teaming up with US-European partners to develop automotive electronic control subsytems and technologies. Our product quality is no less than the international standards. Our product cost is no more than domestic standards. Our technical support is prompt and efficient. In the past few years, we have developed an in-vehicle networking system for commercial vehicles:

Instrument Cluster

Eontronix has developed rugged instrument clusters for commercial vehicles. The clusters communicate with other vehicle modules using standard protocols, such as CAN, LIN, CAN J1939, ISO 11783, RS-232, J1708, etc.

Features:

  • Freescale 16bit microprocessor
  • 3 CAN channels
  • LCD display
  • Analog inputs
  • Digital inputs

Smart Power Distribution Module

Smart Power Distribution Module uses electronic control technologies to optimize the power distribution within the vehicle and perform diagnostics in the electrical network.

This intelligent module is designed for managing high currents in a variety of applications. It features up to 30 amps per channel with a maximum of 200 amps. As a networked controller and power distribution module, it alerts the operator to any system problems by sending information on the status of relays and fuses via the data bus to any networked display. This module addresses vehicle multiplexing through a J1939/CAN interface. Other protocols can be incorporated upon request.

Features:

  • Freescale 16bit microprocessor
  • 3 CAN channels
  • Up to 30 amps per channel
  • Relays controlled by CAN messages
  • Relay protection circuit
  • Diagnostic functions

Multiplexing Module

Multiplexing employs industry standard protocol to combine multiple signals into one single complex signal and transmit over a shared medium. This module has various switch inputs, analog inputs and digital inputs, and 3 CAN channels.

Features:

  • Uses CAN J1939 industry standard communication protocol
  • Integrates easily with other modules
  • Diagnostic functions
  • Open and short circuit protection
  • High current outputs

Automated Manual Transmission TCU

Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT) combine the best features of manual and automatic transmissions, low-cost, high-efficiency, and automated shifting.

AMT operates similarly to a manual transmission except that it does not require clutch actuation or shifting by the driver. Automatic shifting is controlled electronically (shift-by-wire) and performed by a hydraulic system or electric motors. We provide our customers with the AMT control system with proven quality.
